Manley Harbour Backpackers is located 30 minutes from Brisbane Central. We are situated 50 metres from the waters edge in Manly Harbour Village.

TRAVELLING TO MANLY BY CAR

Manly is located about 20 kms east of Brisbane city, and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes. Manly can be easily reached by car and is also easily recognisable. Once you see the bay and the boats you’ll know you’re there.

FROM BRISBANE CITY
From Brisbane City, follow Wynnum Road out of the city to Manly Road and then follow the signs to Manly. Once you see the bay and the boats you’ll know you’re there.

FROM THE GATEWAY MOTORWAY
Take the Wynnum Road exit from the Gateway Motorway, just south of the Brisbane River and head east to Manly.

FROM BRISBANE AIRPORT
Cross the Gateway Bridge to the south and then take the Wynnum Road exit to Manly.

TRAVELLING TO MANLY BY TRAIN

Manly Train Station is a short walk from Manly Harbour Backpackers, with downtown Brisbane only 35 minutes ride away. Trains depart Manly station at 5 minutes to every hour and 25 minutes past every hour, with more regular services early morning and late afternoon bring workers too and from the city. The trains are as regular to Cleveland (access to Straddie) and depart a couple of minutes prior to these times.

FROM BRISBANE CITY
From the city you can catch any train on the Cleveland Line to Manly Station. The journey time is approximately 35 minutes and costs about $3.

Manly train station is a short walk from Manly Harbour Backpackers. From Manly Station either phone us for a free pick up OR take a 5-minute walk to Manly Village (its all down hill). We are in the centre of Manly town, on the Corner Cambridge Parade and Stratton Terrace (above the Manly Hotel).

FROM BRISBANE AIRPORT
Catch the Air train to Brisbane city and then get the next train out to Manly on the Cleveland Line. The journey time is approximately 35 minutes (from the city to Manly) and costs just $2.80.

Manly train station is a short walk from the Lodge. From Manly Station either phone us for a free pick up OR take a 5-minute walk to Manly Village (its all down hill). Manly Harbour Backpackers is in the centre of Manly town, on the Corner Cambridge Parade and Stratton Terrace (above the Manly Hotel).
